Lest you forget that The Last Story comes out soon, Xseed has put out a new English trailer for the epic RPG directed by Final Fantasy creator Hironobu Sakaguchi, which will likely be the last major release for Wii (if Dragon Quest X for Wii doesn’t ever hit the States).

There’s no firm release date yet for The Last Story, but it’s slated to ship to stores this summer. While you wait for that, why not read this interview at Gamasutra about how the team went about trying to design an innovative JRPG.

While I’m sadder than most as I was REALLY looking forward to DmC this year, Capcom was nice enough to release some new screens, art and details of one of DmC’s new characters - Kat.

Kat is a former runaway that joined The Order very early in her life. She is a medium and a gifted psychic who can see into Limbo, the demon realm, but not directly interact with it in the way that Dante does. She is the right hand girl of the Leader of The Order and devotes her very life to him, often putting herself in grave danger to gather intelligence from Limbo.

There is a sweet innocence about Kat’s world view and logic, but when it comes to her specialist subject, the demon realm, she is an undoubted expert. Kat is The Order’s ‘eyes and ears’ and is tasked with guiding Dante on his mission through Limbo.
